HD provides Engineering, Construction and Operations Maintenance services to client companies in the oil, gas, petrochemicals and energy based industries (onshore and offshore).

Construction

Our company’s construction experience and capabilities in the preparation and execution of projects in the petroleum, petrochemicals and energy related industries include operations maintenance of offshore Installations—Marine Fendering and Navigational Systems.
  • Recondition (Inspection, Cutting & Welding), Sandblasting and Wrapping of “Polyken” protective tapes onto Steel Pipelines that Transport refined fuels from Storage Facilities to the Foreshore areas of the Lube Oil Jetty at Point-a-Pierre for export by Tankers. The Project includes for the Structural repairs and Re- installation of Pipe Racks and Support Structures and Earthworks.
  • Lifting and re-positioning of Steel Pipelines and Associated Structures shall be effected with our Mobile Grove Crane, RT-865B (65 Tons Lifting Capacity).

Oil Facility Maintenance, Installation, Inspection & Repair

  • Day to day minor repairs to access piping etc.
  • Fender inspection and repairs.
  • Blasting, Painting and Coating of deteriorating steel pipe, flanges etc.
  • Crane rail inspection and repairs.
  • Underwater pipeline and hose inspection, maintenance and repairs (PLEM) and (SBM).

Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) & Barge

The Seaeye Falcon Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) S/N 12401 has been maintained and operated in accordance with (IAW) recommendations from SAAB Seaeye and IMCA R 004 “The Safe & Efficient Operation of Remotely Operated Vehicles.”

The ROV is equipped with the Original Color Camera, Original Tilt Motor, Original 5 Thruster Motors (Port Aft., Port Fwd., Stbd. Aft., Stbd. Fwd. & Vertical), Vehicle Junction Box, Power Supply Unit and two LED Lights all in good operating order.

Both the Vehicle Junction Box and Power Supply Unit have been inspected, O-rings replaced and tested SAT.

The Navigation Node S/N 184 was replaced April 2020 with S/N 000531 and is in good operating order.

To date ROV S/N 12401 has completed approximately 130 Dives to a max depth of 65MSW.

The last operation of the ROV 12401 was in August 2020. The ROV is equipped with a Tritech Super Sea Prince DST Sonar and is in good operating order.

The ROV is equipped with a 5 function Manipulator Skid which is in good operating order. All Mounting Hardware, Electrical Interface, Manipulator Hand Controller and Manipulator Spares (O-Rings etc.) are available.

The umbilical, Deck lead and winch as well as both the subsea termination and 440 meters of umbilical, the sliprings and 13 meters of deck lead with topside termination (Harting Connector) are in good working order.

The Surface Control Unit (Flight Case) is complete with a 22-inch LCD touchscreen display, USB Keypad, Vehicle Hand Controller complete with 5 ft. USB cable are all in good working order.

The 10-meter Primary Power Cable is complete with 220VAC 3-pole connector and surface termination (Harting Connector) are all in good working order.

All Man Machine interface software was updated in April 2020 (both Primary SSD and Backup SSD) with Win 8 Embedded Software & MMI C_20.02.00.
