01 · Who we are

A Trinidad and Tobago marine, subsea and EPC contractor

HD Engineering & Construction Limited is a marine engineering, marine construction and commercial diving contractor based in Trinidad and Tobago. For two decades we have engineered, built and dived beneath the platforms, pipelines and ports that keep the region's energy and marine infrastructure running.

Founded in 2006, we work across the full water column, from topside engineering and construction to commercial diving, ROV inspection and subsea asset integrity. Our clients are oil and gas operators, petrochemical plants, EPC contractors, port authorities and terminal operators across Trinidad and Tobago and the wider Caribbean, with Guyana a target regional market.

Our regional mobilisation capability means dive teams, ROV systems and marine plant deploy from Trinidad and Tobago to project sites across the Caribbean, working to the standards expected by international operators and EPC contractors. Long-standing alliances with EPC firms in France and the United States support delivery of larger and more complex scopes.

As we enter our next chapter, HD Engineering 2.0 builds on 20 years of experience with a stronger focus on innovation, technology-enabled inspection and future-ready marine engineering.
